500W LED Floodlight Case Study: Stadium Lighting Project in Zhejiang, China

A sports venue project in Zhejiang, China, selected 82 units of MVS 500W LED floodlights as part of a combined lighting supply for a large outdoor stadium. The venue includes a football field, running track, and spectator areas, with multiple floodlights installed on high lighting poles around the stadium.

One of the customer’s main concerns was the fixture adjustment angle. In a large sports venue, floodlights mounted on the same pole may need to be aimed in different directions, so the mounting and rotation design needed to support practical on-site aiming rather than fixing every luminaire at the same angle.

MVS supplied the 82 units of 500W floodlights and coordinated the relevant installation-angle requirements with the customer. The 500W fixtures were used together with 54 units of 1000W floodlights within the same stadium project.

After installation, the customer provided a site video showing the completed stadium lighting in operation, including views of the illuminated football field, running track, and the high-mast floodlight installation around the venue.
